Venture Creation
We help form new biotech therapeutics companies from promising IP, assets, and opportunity clusters. These may originate from academic institutions, startups, biopharma, distressed or underutilized assets, or complementary asset combinations identified through VentriLinks and partner channels.
Incubation
We work with early opportunities before they are fully company-ready. Incubation may include opportunity definition, IP and asset assessment, business model design, milestone planning, leadership configuration, partner mapping, and financing strategy.
Acceleration
For selected companies, WBV helps sharpen the path to the next value inflection point. This may include fundraising preparation, strategic positioning, business development planning, partner introductions, operational structuring, and syndicate formation.
Investment
WBV invests selectively in early-stage biotech therapeutics companies where active support can create strategic value. We may invest directly, co-invest, or syndicate with aligned venture partners, especially through the VentriLinks Opportunity Activation partner network.
